EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Hot Mark Systems Sdn Bhd is a Polyurethane systems manufacturer located in Malaysia （No. 5 Jalan Seri Pagi 3, BS 3. Bukit Sentosa, 48300 Rawang Selangor Malaysia）and produce polyurethane system materials that are used in the production of polyurethane for various industrial applications.

These are currently derived from petrochemical source which will soon be depleted. Petrochemical based polyol (or synthetic polyol) also detract from a “natural”

product position due to its inherent source and process that are not environmentally friendly.
